Our parent/child classes are a great way to help your child build physical skills in a fun, non threatening environment.With different weekly themes, each class helps to develop motor skill ability whilst incorporating music, gymnastics, games, balls & bubbles with active parent particiation & support.

Pre-School: 3 - 6 Years - Class Duration: 1 Hour
Our pre school classes are specifically geared around 3 - 6 year olds. With music, movement, fitness & FUN, we help to promote physical & motor skills and also develop social & emotional skills which in turn help to build confidence and self esteem. Our classes are taught in an age appropriate way & on an individual basis. Each child is encouraged to trytheir best with friendly, motivating staff.

Primary School: 6 - 12 Years - Class Duration: 1 Hour
Our Primary school gymnastics is broken down into 3 categories with Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced groups. All classes are taught in a non competetive setting at a grass roots levels. Skill progressions are developed on a week to week basis. Tumbling, vaulting, obstacle challenges & aerobic activities help to build physical fitness and an "I can do it" ethos also helps build confidence & self esteem.
