Our Baby Massage & Yoga sessions are open to members and non-members, to reduce stress and tension for parents and your little ones. A calm parent helps create a calm, confident baby. ✨ Each session is designed to help babies feel calm and secure, as well as the opportunity to spend quality time with you. Bonding with your baby can also improve your confidence as a parent, especially if you are new to parenthood.
Baby Massage (coming May)
Baby Massage gives you the opportunity to enjoy focused one-to-one bonding time with your little one and strengthens your connection. Our clear step-by-step guidance gives you the confidence to perform settle and soothe techniques that can help to alleviate wind and increase relaxation. You’ll also be practising a gentle routine that can be repeated at home , anytime, as well as before bedtime to settle your little on and it can even improve sleep
Baby Yoga (coming Sept)
Baby Yoga has a wealth of benefits for both you and your little one. Relaxed, physical movement enhances fine motor skills and develops balance and posture ready for crawling, while improving sleep. Our structured sessions include rocking, swinging and lifting to promote body awareness in the early weeks and months of your little one’s life. It’s the perfect balance of physical, emotional and social development. And also eases parents back into gentle exercise & mobility
