Balance & Beam Programmes run seven days a week with age-appropriate classes available for children from 4 months to 12 years.
Your child is welcome to ‘join us’ at any age or any time during the year.

All members are required to pay an annual fee for a Family Membership which covers you for the whole family whilst attending classes at the gym. The membership fee is compulsory and covers you for:

Booking a trial class is super easy |
Choose an age-appropriate class from our classes timetable page on a day and time to suit you and ‘Create an Account’. You’ll receive instant confirmation of your booking with step-by-step instructions on what to expect and how to prepare your child for the session.
Trials take place during regular classes so you and your child can experience physical activities and wellbeing exercises suitable for their age, skills and ability. You will see the safe environment our purpose-built gym has to offer, get a feel for our culture, and meet the Team.

Notice Period for Weekly Classes
An initial enrolment period of two months is required to provide children with the opportunity to settle in and experience the full benefits of a B&B Programme.
One month’s written notice is required to cancel your Membership. You can do this at any time throughout the year and it must be received in writing, with proof of your identity, by emailing Balance & Beam here.
Late payments will be charged at £15 and may result in your child losing their place in class.
Holiday Camp Changes or Cancellation
All Holiday Camps are non-refundable but can be transferred to another day if 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Birthday Parties & Celebrations Change of Date or Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. Should you need to change the date we would require one month’s written notice.
