This Easter, we’re introducing Baby Massage & Baby Yoga classes at Balance & Beam. As gentle, guided ways of bonding with your baby, these classes support physical development, sleep and relaxation

Supports muscle strength needed for milestones. Builds confidence through playful interaction. Stimulates brain-body connections
