Choose a sensory activity over screen time
More parents than ever are looking for activities that support early childhood development, build confidence and offer a meaningful alternative to screen time.
From messy play sessions to sensory storytelling experiences, sensory classes can look very different from one place to another.
At Balance & Beam, our sensory experiences are built into coach-led Parent & Child classes that are carefully designed for each age group.
Our purpose-built gym and specialist equipment help children naturally develop sensory & physical skills that parents see growing week by week!
