Come and watch your little superstar shine at our Mid-Term Matinee as they show off their amazing gymnastics skills in their regular class in the week commencing 2nd March. We’d love to see as many of our little one’s families and friends in the gym!
New SEN sessions
New SEN sessions for 3-10 year olds with Special Educational Needs is launching at Balance & Beam, with the first weekly session starting on Tuesday 24th February at 1:30pm.
These sessions are designed to support children with crucial physical, cognitive, communication and social skill development through sensory play and adaptive activities in a calm and sensory-friendly environment.

Our theme-based Parent & Child and Pre-School classes are designed for little ones from 4 months old to 4 years. Our coaches encourage little ones to thrive and learn new skills through engaging physical activity.
