Important Health Update 19th March 2020

Important Health Update – Thursday, 19th March

In light of the most recent Government guidelines & Health England to close all schools, nurseries and private child-care facilities for the majority of children from the end of this week these are the actions we are proposing to take for now.

Classes for the remainder of this week WILL run as normal with the following time amendments to the current timetable, this is to allow for extra time in between classes for exit time to keep the lobby free

Can I also request that only one parent bring their child to enable social distancing.

Our stringent hand washing / hand sanitizing system will still be in force on entry to the building

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your class start times

Sunday Classes as normal

Of course, health, safety and wellbeing of all our members is paramount and at this time, we all need to take the necessary precautions to protect the vulnerable and at risk groups, so if you would prefer not to attend classes then we respect your decisions

Please let me reassure you that your classes will not be lost and your space in class will be secure and we will continue to monitor the situation and update you regularly on how we intend to move forward

From next week, we are considering offering a skeleton daily timetable of classes for those parents who wish their children to have the option to engage in structured physical exercise whilst they are not able to attend school and we are working on options to give you this facility over the next week and I will get an email out to you during the course of Friday, 20th March

Again, for any members who would prefer to bank their sessions then this option is available to you

Please let us know if you would either like to:

ATTEND CLASSES – I would be interested in a revised class timetable

BANK CLASSES – Please bank my classes

We will of course continue to communicate further via email, facebook and our website as Government advice & guidelines change

Yours sincerely

Yvonne
